Armed with sodium, to help retain fluids and restore the electrolytes burned up during tough races, heavy workouts or any time you sweat buckets, this hydrator and electrolyte boost may help you rehydrate rapidly.

    By providing glucose for your body’s immediate energy needs, Stealth Refuel could deliver a more sustained energy to keep you going when the going gets tough. With magnesium, calcium and potassium also in the mix, it may also provide some assistance with muscle cramp prevention*.

  • SUGGESTED USAGE: Mix either 20g (one scoop) of STEALTH REFUEL with 250ml to 350ml of water, or 40g (two scoops) with 700ml in a shaker, or 60g (three scoops) with every liter in your hydration pack’s bladder.

    Do not wait until you are thirsty and dehydrated! Take STEALTH REFUEL before, during and after intermittent or continuous high-intensity exercise, or any other training that may last longer than 60 minutes.

    Drink up to 500ml approximately 15 minutes before your workout to prime your stomach, and always drink enough both during and after your workout to replace any body weight lost through sweat.

On recommendation by my coach, I tried Stealth Refuel to help me with my triathlon training and I must say my performance has improved a lot. I dont feel so fatigued and my distance has increased.
