How do I change my contact details?

Moving house and you don’t want someone else to get their hands on your purchases? Make sure you log into your account and update your details.

How do I keep my password safe?

Here’s some great tips to keep your password safe from prying eyes:

Never share your password.

Choose a password containing letters and numbers that is at least 6 characters long.

Don’t use simple passwords.

Don’t use your name or birthday as your password.

Don’t use “password” or any other easily guessed option.

Use a different password for Stealth Supplements than you do for your Internet banking or your email.

Change your password immediately if you think it has been compromised.

Remember to log-off when you have finished shopping.

How do I order products?

Shop online and simply add the product(s) that you require to your shopping cart and when you are happy with your final shopping cart proceed to checkout. At checkout follow all steps until your order has been submitted. We’ll send you a confirmation email immediately.

I cannot sign for my parcel, what options do I have?


If you cannot sign for your order you can state in the comments field at check out that you approve for your order to be left at the delivery address unattended, at your own risk.

How do I know that I am getting the best price available?

All our listed prices are well below the recommended retail prices. We want to pass as much of the discount on to you as we can. Want to get the best value for money when shopping with us? We recommend you should:

Order the larger sized products, which offer the best value per serving

Order all the products your require together to save on delivery charges

Check out our specials which are included in our monthly newsletter if you are signed up to our newsletter.

I placed an order and have not received a confirmation email?

Please check your junk and spam email folders and make sure you add Stealth Supplements as a safe sender. Also log into your account if you signed up to make sure your order was placed.

How will I know if a product is out of stock?

Sometimes some products are so popular they fly out the door! In the event that the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will let you know within 24 hours The website should also tell you that a product is out of stock.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free NZ wide with all orders over $99.00.

How long does delivery take?

Approximate delivery times from when your order has been shipped are:

North Island – overnight delivery to 48 hours

South Island – overnight delivery, or 3 days with economy (for larger parcels)

Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days.

What days does the courier deliver?

Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. They don’t collect or deliver parcels on weekends and public holidays.

Can I have an order delivered to another address than my home?

Definitely! Once you have signed up you will be able to add additional delivery addresses to your account. This is great if you want to have your goodies delivered to your work address.

I haven’t received my order?

Please track your order online at www.parcelport.co.nz. Parcels are not collected or delivered on the weekend or public holidays. If the courier has attempted delivery and no one was home they will leave you a calling card with information on collecting your parcel or arranging re-delivery.

My product is damaged or faulty, what should I do?

What is your refunds policy?

We provide refunds for faulty products. When you receive your parcel, please check it as soon as possible and if there are any issues please feel free to call us on 0508 783 2584 with your order number and photos of the product.
