Mix 1 serve of STEALTH CREATINE with 200 to 250ml of water or your preferred STEALTH protein and shake or blend until powder is completely dissolved. Ideally taken 30 minutes pre-workout. Mixing STEALTH CREATINE with simple sugars, such as fruit juice may allow for faster absorption.
TWO WAYS OF ADDING STEALTH CREATINE TO YOUR WORKOUT PROGRAM:
LOADING / MAINTENANCE: As a loading phase, mix 1 serve of STEALTH CREATINE 4 times daily, for 5 days. To maintain STEALTH CREATINE levels, mix 1 serve once per day, for 3 weeks. Then have at least 1 week without taking STEALTH CREATINE. Repeat cycle.
ON & OFF: Depending on your bodyweight, take 15-25g STEALTH CREATINE in up to 5g doses per day, for 3 days. Then have 3 days without taking STEALTH CREATINE. Repeat cycle.
NOTE: Your daily dosage of STEALTH CREATINE depends on your own body weight. It is recommended to take 0.30g for every 1kg of body weight.
STORAGE: Firmly reseal after use and store in a cool dry place.
