I have over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist and now offer online Nutrition and Fitness coaching services. At the age of 21 I discovered fitness and Health and it completely transformed my life and perception of myself. I have worked with a huge range of backgrounds, ages and goals and love nothing more than to help people see what they are capable of. Having competed in multiple bodybui8lding federations and divisions I can also help with contest prep and reverse dieting.
