  • SUGGESTED USAGE: Mix 1 serve of STEALTH TAURINE with 200 to 250ml of water or your preferred STEALTH protein and shake or blend until the crystalline powder is dissolved or well mixed. Ideally taken 25-30 minutes before your workout. The recommended dosage of TAURINE is usually 500mg to 2000mg per day. Do not exceed 3000mg per day.
