CRAMP PREVENTION: Drink a 40g serving (2 scoops) of STEALTH REFUEL MG mixed with 500ml-700ml water, 3-4 hours before exercise, and repeat serving approximately one hour before and during workout.
CRAMP RELIEF: Immediately upon experiencing muscle cramps, drink a 20g serving (1 scoop) of STEALTH REFUEL MG mixed with 250ml-350ml water, every 15 minutes until relief is experienced. This can vary for individuals.
NIGHT CRAMPS: If you experience night cramps regularly, try drinking STEALTH REFUEL MG Anti Cramp before bed time.
